The personnel was always dismissive, fast check-in, plus the service was attentive. Room was very well decorated, it had a luxury bathroom. Optimal location to Duty Free Shop t Galleria.

Outstanding service, the breakfast is hot! The units are soothing, normal double. Staff, really efficient. Ideal location, not too far from parking.

The hotel was right by such local attractions as kuta beach. Breakfast was GOOD, we really enjoyed it.
